What is the T-Mobile® Reserved Tickets offer and how does it work?

  • T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile subscribers may access offer codes (“Offer Passcodes”) to unlock various reserved tickets to participating artist tours in the United States and Las Vegas Residencies, while supplies last.
  • To qualify, eligible T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers must visit https://t-mobilereservedseats.com to verify customer status to receive an Offer Passcode to unlock the Offer.
  • T-Mobile customers who see the “T-Mobile Reserved Tickets” offer on select ticketing websites (“Ticketing Agents”) can click the “unlock” icon to access a link to authenticate membership, and receive an Offer Passcode to unlock the reserved tickets.
  • Participating events are listed HERE.
  • Limit one Offer Passcode per T-Mobile account user per day.
  • Maximum of four tickets may be purchased per Offer Passcode, unless otherwise noted.
  • Tickets are available on a first-come basis, while supplies last.
  • Seat type and locations vary depending on event and/or venue.
  • Offer Passcode expiration is listed on each delivered Offer Passcode.

When do T-Mobile® Reserved Tickets go on sale?

  • T-Mobile Reserved Tickets will become available to customers approx. 30-days prior to each participating show date. Events found HERE.
  • Las Vegas Residencies’ tickets will become available at various times throughout the year. Events found HERE.

I have Metro by T-Mobile, can I take advantage of the T-Mobile® Reserved Ticket offers?

  • YES! Metro by T-Mobile customers are eligible for all of the same ticket offers and on-site benefits as T-Mobile customers.

How can I find out more information about T-Mobile® Reserved Tickets?


I saw a T-Mobile® Reserved Tickets offer on an event page for a concert I want to see. How do I get an Offer Passcode?

  • T-Mobile customers who see the “T-Mobile Reserved Tickets” offer on a Ticketing Agent’s microsite can click the “unlock” icon to access a link to authenticate membership, and receive an Offer Passcode to unlock the reserved tickets.

What is an Offer Passcode?

  • Offer Passcodes are issued by Ticketmaster and distributed by T-Mobile.
  • Offer Passcodes unlock various reserved tickets to participating artist tours in the United States and Las Vegas Residencies, while supplies last, depending on the Offer Passcode received.
  • T-Mobile Offer Passcodes are unique, case sensitive, and can be used only once. Offer Passcodes are good toward a maximum purchase of four tickets across all participating T-Mobile Reserved Tickets’ events.
  • Offer Passcode is only applied when customer completes their ticket order.
  • Offer Passcode expiration date is listed on each Offer Passcode distributed, or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.
  • Offer passcodes are void if sold or transferred.

How do I get an Offer Passcode?

How do I use my Offer Passcode?

  • Once you receive an Offer Passcode for an applicable offer, enter your Offer Passcode in the appropriate code field on the Ticketing Agent’s event page to unlock the applicable T-Mobile ticket offer.  Depending on the Ticketing Agent’s microsite or mobile ticketing platform, the code field may say “Offer Passcode”, “Code”, “Offer Code”, “Passcode”, or “Password”.
  • Offer Passcode is only applied when customer completes their ticket order.

How can I tell if there are still T-Mobile® Reserved Tickets available?

  • The first step in redeeming the offer is to select a participating show and see if tickets are still available.  We’ll update events as new shows are added, or sold-out.

The tickets I want are sold out. I thought I had special access through T-Mobile Tuesdays?

  • T-Mobile® Reserved Tickets are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis, and are only available while supplies last.

Can I buy tickets for my friends?

  • Each Offer Passcode is good for four tickets – one for you and three of your friends.

Can I get an extra Offer Passcode? I have other friends that want to go with us to the concert.

  • If your friends are T-Mobile customers, tell them to get the T-Mobile Tuesdays app and grab their tickets!

What if I want to sit in a different section than what is offered?

  • Seat type and location availability vary by event and/or venue and we can’t guarantee seating in a specific section.

I can’t go to this event after all, can I sell/transfer my tickets to my friend?

  • No. Tickets are non-transferrable.

Who is eligible to receive a T-Mobile® Reserved Tickets Offer Passcode?

  • T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers considered to be in “active status” with a qualifying plan (as determined by T-Mobile) are eligible for this offer. Customers on service plans paid for by government entities or agencies are not eligible.

How many tickets can I buy with my T-Mobile® Reserved Tickets Offer Passcode?

  • Maximum ticket purchases limited to four tickets per Offer Passcode. Use your Offer Passcode prior to the Offer Passcode expiration date, or while supplies last (whichever occurs first).

My T-Mobile® Reserved Tickets Offer Passcode is not working, what should I do?

  • Maximum ticket purchases limited to four tickets per Offer Passcode. Use your Offer Passcode prior to the Offer Passcode expiration date, or while supplies last (whichever occurs first). Your Offer Passcode may have expired, or you may have already used your Offer Passcode to purchase four tickets. If you feel you are locked out in error, please contact the Ticketing Agent’s  fan support to assistance.   your offer code in the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, please return to the app and visit “My Stuff” for your Offer Code.

My T-Mobile® Reserved Tickets Offer Passcode has expired, what do I do?

  • Offer Passcodes expire at the time noted when you received the Offer Passcode, or while supplies last (whichever occurs first).  If you see a “T-Mobile® Reserved Tickets” offer you’d like to unlock, click the “unlock” icon to access a link to authenticate membership and receive another Offer Passcode to unlock the reserved tickets.

I lost or forgot my T-Mobile® Reserved Tickets Offer Passcode, what do I do?

  • If you received your Offer Passcode in the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, please return to the app and visit “My Stuff” for your Offer Passcode.

If my event is ticketed on Ticketmaster, how do I contact Ticketmaster about my ticket order?


What if an event is cancelled due to COVID-19?

  • Should the event be cancelled for any reason, you will be notified by the applicable Ticketing Agent as soon as reasonably possible. Answer

Are there any safety precautions that I have to abide by for the show?

  • By claiming T-Mobile Reserved Tickets, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. Should the event be cancelled, the Ticketing Agent will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
